Nippon Rika Group has been providing insulation system with fine mica technologies to all industries requiring insulation technologies. Our technology covers from manufacturing insulating materials such as mica paper, rigid laminates, mica plates up to manufacturing Stator Coils.
High voltage rotating machines require such insulation system that provides high reliability, downsizing and easy-maintenance, which assures higher voltage rating and increased machine capacity as well.
Nippon Rika Group has developed “Rika-FINE™System” for satisfying these market needs.
“Rika-FINE™System”offers excellent insulating propaties by adopting low viscosity epoxy impregnating resin and a superior dry mica tape. The resin shows good thermal and chemical endurance.
To prevent corona discharge at the core ends, the insulating system adopts a special corona shield method.
Also to prevent possible damages that may happen on the inslation during the coil insertion process, a special treatment is made on coils. Thus, “Rika-FINE™System” assures stable and excellent insulating properties.
“Rika-FINE™System” provides total process from burning old motors up to VPI with high quality and short lead time.The coil repair is handled.
